Eastern Crop 2010 Deadline extended

Crop2010-front The deadline for song submissions has been extended until April 15, Tax day. We hope the extension will help more of you finish your project and give us a great representation of East coast songwriting. (VineyardUSA Eastern Region’s collecting of locally written songs)!

The fine print:

All songs must be accompanied by a lyric sheet.

Songs must be burned onto a CD in the normal audio format or transmitted via email as an MP3.

Multiple submissions accepted and all songs will be evaluated.

Material due by April 1st, 2010.

Artists performing at the conference are responsible for their own travel, lodging and registration costs.

Writers retain their own rights to their songs.

Eastern region submissions only.

All materials received will not be returned.

Production quality: Song production will not be modified in any way. All tracks on the CD will sound as they did when submitted. Please send us the best recording of your track.

I made a small oops when I submitted one *.MP3 It was actually ripped from an earlier mix. Would it be OK to update the one song if I promise to not do it again?

Sarah, when I talked to you, there was a chance that the deadline would be extended for a short time. I’m trying to finish things up on time, but I’m gonna be a little late. Is that a problem?

It says the songs can be “transmitted via email as an MP3″.

Is it better to snail mail? If email is ok, what address should we use?
