This website is designed to help build community and discussion with our fellow worship leaders in the Vineyard's eastern region. It is a tool for accomplishing our mission as worship leaders.
That mission is summed us with the word CARE.
- Commit to Community - Have a sevant's attitude. We need to submit to our pastors and stay plugged in to our churches. Attend accountability groups if possible.
- Appreciate diversity - Be open to others in our churches and in the larger body of Christ.
- Relationship - Look to build relationships with other worship leaders outside our local churches.
- Evaluate in the process - Be open and honest with each other in this process. One way to do that is to participate in the forum on this site.
This site is what we make of it, so please use the forum, contact us with questions, ideas & thoughts so together we can help to cultivate & grow the worship in our region. If you want to contribute articles, please contact us! This truly is for us & by us.
If you're not part of a Vineyard church, but are a worship leader, and have stumbled across us, by all means register & feel free to use this as a resource.
